if you’re long in the torso, there’s nothing worse than a swimsuit that’s too short. They tug at the shoulders, flatten your breasts and ride up at the bottom. You feel horrible and don’t look great either.
Since we first opened, we realized that this was a problem for many women. So we set out to find companies that make one-piece swimsuits that are long in the body.
Over the years, we’ve built a great selection that will give you the torso length you need.
Here are some of our long bodied brands
Jantzen
It’s one of the world’s oldest swimwear brands and one of our best companies for long bodies. This year’s line is one of their best in years. Drop in soon because we can’t restock when they run out. Jantzen offers fuller bottom coverage.
Longitude
Longitude’s claim to fame is long torso swimwear. A few of their styles fit slightly shorter, but most of their suits live up to their name and are quite long-bodied. The bottom coverage is full.
Tommy Bahama
Tommy is another brand with a long torso and full coverage. Be careful, some of their reversible suits fit shorter in the body. They offer full bottom coverage although not as full as Jantzen or Longitude.
Lablanca
Lablanca’s suits are long in the body and slightly higher cut in the leg. They make great basics in a gorgeous range of colours as well stunning prints. Bottom coverage is on the moderate side of full.
